During this phase Chase Collaborative will assist the Owner/Operator with revisions, check shop drawings, and approve Contractor and Purchasing Agent submittals. Also, when asked, Chase Collaborative will travel to the site to observe the construction, implentation and installation with the Contractor, Architect, Owner and Purchasing Agent. Artwork and Accessories will be finalized during this phase. Upon completion a final punch list will be provided with a list of observed deficiencies.
