The guestrooms, suites and corridors of this Hyatt Tech Center Hotel were renovated with a new FF&A package in 2007 for Hyatt Development.  Scope included all new softgoods and a bathroom renovation for both the typical guestrooms and suites.  The guest corridors were also renovated at this time.
